Booking terms for car rental services provided by Travel Mania, Kolkata.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it by call, WhatsApp or email with the fare and vehicle details.
Packages and extras
Package rates cover the stated hours and kilometres, calculated garage to garage. Extra hours, extra kilometres, tolls, parking, state permits and driver night allowance are billed as actuals.
Customer responsibilities
Passengers must not carry illegal goods, smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle. Any damage or excessive soiling caused by passengers is chargeable.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, road closures or events beyond our reasonable control.
