Cancellation timelines and charges for Travel Mania bookings in Kolkata.
City bookings
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Within 24 hours, a nominal charge may apply. If the vehicle has already been dispatched, actual running charges apply.
Outstation bookings
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are free. Later cancellations may forfeit the advance amount.
Wedding and luxury bookings
Date-blocking advances for wedding and luxury vehicles are non-refundable.
