Refund terms for advance payments made to Travel Mania car rental Kolkata.
Eligible refunds
Advance amounts are refunded in full when we are unable to provide a vehicle and no acceptable alternative is arranged.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Non-refundable items
Date-blocking advances for wedding and luxury vehicles, and costs already incurred such as permits or hotel bookings for drivers, are non-refundable.
